Utage is on the cusp of adulthood, but for her, nothing matters except her favorite band: F/ACE.
In particular, Utage is obsessed with one of its members, Tamon, who appears confident and self-assured in every interview, seemingly speaking directly to her heart. Utage doesn’t hesitate to scream with excitement whenever she can.
To pay for her “oshi”, she’s decided to work, especially now that her application to buy a ticket for F/ACE’s monumental concert has been approved.
Utage discovered that helping clean houses and apartments can pay well, and the agency assigns her a new apartment for a week.
Upon arriving, everything seems gloomy, dark, and depressing, and when she sees a man acting shyly around her, Utage can’t believe it. Even if he covers his face, any fan would know it’s Tamon himself standing before her.
However, he’s not the same person Utage has admired. He just doesn’t shine, he’s not her idol.
It’s during work hours, so Utage just cleans the house, and in the process, she discovers that Tamon is very messy and that his diet is terrible, especially for someone who dances and sings.
Utage starts cooking him some food, and as the days go by, Tamon begins to feel better, to the point of confiding in her about aspects of his life that no one else has ever heard.
With greater confidence, Tamon feels ready for the concert. At the end of the week, Utage thanks him and, after a few awkward moments, says goodbye to his idol.
During the concert, Tamon keeps looking for Utage, and during the intermission, he surprises her and, almost in tears, begs her to continue supporting him.
