Lilisa’s mother has decided to remarry, and by a twist of fate, it has been to an extremely powerful and wealthy man.
She is immediately offered the best education and enters Oshin Girls’ Academy. However, to excel, Lilisa has had to adapt, and living together with high-society girls often makes her feel exhausted, hungry, and bored all the time.
Despite this, she has decided to dedicate herself completely, not to disappoint her new family, and even thinks about ways to be the best, the most noble.
But if there’s one thing that hurts her, it’s having given up rock music and playing the guitar, as her biological father used to. But in this environment, such a thing would be highly criticized, and perhaps would affect her stepfather’s reputation.
Lilisa has earned the admiration of the other students, but the day comes when she meets Otoha, the queen of Oshin Girls’ Academy.
As they walk, the two girls bump into each other, and as Lilisa watches, she imagines what a young woman who has been raised all her life to achieve success looks like.
While she thinks she should try harder, she finds a guitar pick with a skull on it on the ground. Something that doesn’t belong in this kind of institution.
The next morning, she’s surprised to see Otoha on the ground, searching for something, and Lilisa thinks she knows what it is.
When she looks for her to give her the guitar pick, she finds Otoha playing the drums in an old building on the school campus.
She thanks her for the gesture, and by observing her hands, Otoha deduces that Lilisa plays the guitar and invites her to play. She tries to avoid the subject, but when Otoha tells her she must be very bad, Lilisa begins to play, and discovers that Otoha has a somewhat eccentric personality.
