Azusa has worked hard and has long been recognized within the advertising department of a large company.
Among her colleagues, there is admiration, but also some misgivings because Azusa tends to be very cold in her opinions and directions.
One day, Azusa is called in by her boss, who assigns her the training of Yuu, a young man who has just been hired and from whom much is expected in the future.
Although Azusa answers confidently, inwardly she doesn’t know what to think, whether she will be able to guide such a talented young man; after all, she is a bundle of nerves most of the time.
Yuu introduces himself, and Azusa doesn’t hesitate to show him around the company facilities, but when they finally sit down at their computers, Yuu asks her what he should do next.
Embarrassed, Azusa tells him that he will accompany her to see a client, and when she tries to show him how to give out business cards, Azusa ends up throwing hers on the floor.
The meeting ends, and Azusa wonders what Yuu will have to eat and whether she should invite him. However, that could be seen as a form of harassment, so she remains motionless while Yuu simply watches her.
Azusa genuinely cares for Yuu and even buys various books to help her improve her mentoring skills.
The next morning, as she greets Yuu, they both overhear other employees sympathizing with the new hire, who has to put up with a strict boss like Azusa.
To everyone’s surprise, Yuu approaches the women and tells them he feels lucky, as he’s seen a very different side of Azusa, one that no one knew existed.
