Hime is a high school student, during the past years she has molded her person to show herself full of virtues, such as modesty or kindness with her classmates.
And although she is not a bad person, the reality is that she is too calculating with her actions, above all selfish, and wants others to recognize her at all cost. And if it was up to her, her future would be perfect in every way.
But one day, as she walks down the street dreaming of a life of wealth, she bumps into Mai, and she ends up on the ground, hurting her arm.
Hime doesn’t know how to react, and when Mai mentions that she won’t be able to fulfill her obligations at her job, she doesn’t hesitate to ask Hime to come with her to help as much as possible.
In fact, it turns out that Mai helps running a peculiar cafe, and with a girl as perfect as Hime before her, she must convince her to join her team.
Once they arrive at the cafe, Hime believes that it is a place like any other, but immediately notices that the girls who run the place are not just waitresses.
She observes that they have certain roles, just as those you see play in theater or drama, and the girls interact with the diners while they develop a history of attraction between them.
Without much enthusiasm, Hime agrees to help, and is astonished to see Mitsuki, a beautiful girl, with a perfect personality like the one Hime longs for.
Filled with confidence, Hime decides to actively participate in the performance, and in the process, she would like to get closer to Mitsuki. Everything seems to be going well, until she refers to her as “big sister”.
At that moment, Mitsuki is very attentive, as her character dictates, but as soon as she has the opportunity, she complains to Hime about her behavior.
And all because in the plot they play, an older sister represents a serious relationship between the protagonists, and for Mitsuki, it is unthinkable that someone who has just started working dares to declare it.
For Mai, it’s a very exciting drama to present to the cafe’s regulars, and Hime won’t hesitate to force it, if she can get to know Mitsuki better, even though she seems more than annoyed with her.
