Fuuko is enjoying the final book of her favorite manga series, with emotion, she thinks it hada good ending, and that she’d love to experience something like that in her life.
An instant later, she stands next on top of a bridge and plans to jump once the train passes by.
A strange man watches closely and understands her intentions, warning her not to do it.
Fuuko takes out a big knife and tells him that she will never experience romance, claiming that ending her life is the only option for her. The man doesn’t listen her words and simply walks into her knife and says he is interested in what she called an incurable disease powers.
For the past ten years, Fuuko has been living in seclusion since an incident left more than 200 people dead, including her parents. That day, she found out that touching others bring misfortune, and if she makes direct contact, it could lead to terrible consequences.
Her “unluck” ability kicks in, and the man falls from the bridge and is run over by the train.
Fuuko is shocked once the man’s head falls near her and starts talking to her. She is startled and tries to run away. But she is stopped by him as his body begins to regenerate.
He tells her he is an undead and longs for the perfect death for him, and thinks she can help him.
She tells him her story and he decides to test her abilities immediately, a minute later, a crate of bananas falls on him from a plane. Fuuko tries to escape again, slips with a banana and falls down from a building.
The undead man starts to regenerate once again, and at the moment Fuuko thinks she wants to live, he saves her once again. And tells her that she might be the ticket for him to find peace at last.
He takes Fuuko to his hideout to ask her more questions. Meanwhile, a group of agents report them and follow them to capture them.
He thinks if he touches her naked body would unleash the power to kill him. However, she doesn’t want it to happen and moves fast, revealing her long mane.
Then, Fuuko cries that no one’s been able to cut her hair in ten years. He doesn’t hesitate and cuts it for her. Suddenly, the agents arrives and slices the undead’s man off.
Fuuko doesn’t want to die and helps the undead to experience her unluck power with a kiss. While she runs out, the power ends up destroying the whole building.
Once the undead man walks out, they decide to stay together, and she even gives him a name: Andy.
