In a remote city in Japan, an obstetrician-gynecologist works, and for four years he has been a fan of B Komachi, but above all of Ai, the group’s most charismatic singer.
Sarina, one of his patients, was the one who introduced him to the idol world, and as her doctor, he tried to encourage her to continue dreaming of a future in that industry; however, her illness ended her life at the young age of 12.
Without thinking further, the doctor kept remembering her, wishing for Ai and her idol group to get the success Sarina wished to witness.
But today, he hears on the news that Ai will leave B Komachi due to health issues, worried, he goes to see a new patient, and as soon as he studies the file and sees the young woman, he discovers that it is her favorite artist.
Ai is a young girl, who grew up in an orphanage, and her guardian and career manager is more than concerned about her future, and that of his agency.
Despite being asked to think carefully about her future, when the doctor informs her that she is expecting twins, Ai decides to give birth.

Pursuing him in the dark, he loses sight of the man, and in an instant he is pushed and falls off a cliff. Below, he begins to remember what Sarina used to wish for, to be the daughter of an idol artist, and to have everything at hand to succeed.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Ai goes into labor and gives birth to her twins in our world. And below, in the dark, the doctor loses his life imagining how he will be reborn.
To his surprise, he wakes up in Ai’s lap, who has given him the name Aquamarine. For some reason, he still has the memory of his previous life, and now has a sister, Ruby, with whom he shares a new opportunity in life.
