Our luck has not changed as expected during the year, however, as it comes to an end we can always wish for better times coming our way.
In terms of anime, the Fall Anime Season 2023 season looks loaded with thrillers, suspense, romance, a bit of horror and a lot of fanservice.
The season begins when Fuuko decides her life means nothing. In Undead Uluck, due to a strange power, Fuuko ends involved in the death of 200 persons, including her parents. She meets an immortal man, and for some reason, they team up to solve the mysteries of the world.
Then we meet the Dark Lord Leonis, who suddenly wakes up in the body of a ten-year-old boy. In Seiken Gakuin no Maken Tsukai, he meets Riselia, a girl fighting the creatures that have nearly exterminated humanity.
Meanwhile, in another world, Frieren and her fellow adventurers have defeated the Demon King. In Sousou no Frieren, once there is peace, each one of the adventurers return home, but as an elf, Frieren ages really slowly and starts considering the mortality of her friends.
In the middle of a forest, a witch named Alissa lives on her own. In Dekoboko Majo no Oyako Jijou, somehow, Alissa finds an abandoned child and decides to take care of her. 16 years later, Viola has grown more than expected, and at times people misunderstand their position.
Also deep in the forest, lives Allen, a wizard feared by those around him. In Kon’yakuhaki Sareta Reijou o Hirotta Ore ga, Ikenai Koto o Oshiekomu, he finds a young girl named Charlotte. Although she seems innocent, she is accused of committing evil deeds and forced to flee her country.
Then, for a long time, there was harmony between humans and witches, but as science prevailed, it made the powers of a witch unnecessary. In Hametsu no Oukoku, the greatest nation in the world begins a brutal witch hunt Adonis, a witch’s apprentice, swears revenge on the empire.
Back in our time, Ryuuto lost a game and as punishment, he has to ask out Runa, a popular girl at school. In Keiken Zumi na Kimi to, Keiken Zero na Ore ga, Otsukiai Suru Hanashi, to everyone’s surprise, Runa accepts dating Ryuuto. Despite having a different lifestyle, the begin to recognize each other.
Recognition, exactly what Isaku longs for. In Ojou to Banken-kun, she was raised by her grandfather, a yakuza boss, and life has not been easy for her. Now, entering high school, she thinks she can finally have a normal life. However, Keiya, one of her guardians, decides to show up to protect her.
In a world where dragons rule sky, sea, and land, those who fight them surpass the limits. In Ragna Crimson, a dragon hunter named Ragna joins forces with the mysterious and obscure Crimson. Their goal is the same, to destroy the dragon monarchs.
Later we find Terakomari Gandesblood, a vampire coming from a powerful and prestigious lineage. In Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki no Monmon, she refuses to drink blood, and as a result is seen as inept using magic. Now, she has been appointed as a Commander in the Mulnite Imperial Army, but her unit is known to revolt against weak leaders.
Then, an unappealing otaku awakens in the body of a pig. In Buta no Liver wa Kanetsu Shiro, he finds himself in the company of Jess, an innocent girl who can read people’s minds, and she accepts him despite his boorish thoughts. However, Jess still plans to eat him, but what would happen if she ends up in danger? Pig should save her or save himself?
Rei, an ordinary office worker, is not lucky enough and is overworked to death. In, Watashi no Oshi wa Akuyaku Reijou, she suddenly finds herself reincarnated as the heroine of her favorite otome game. Finally, in the brink of a World War, one super-powered individuals from each country appear to end the conflict. In Shy, among those heroes, Japan is represented by a timid young girl known as “Shy.” Who spends more time worrying about her own shortcomings than she does battling villains.
