In their childhood, a group of friends swear that one day they will be recognized as treasure hunters, and to do so they will have to move to the city.
Several years later, Krai stands in line to access an event organized by First Steps, one of the most recognized adventurer clans.
Waiting for his turn, he meets Rhuda and Greg, who immediately end up arguing about how strong one or the other is. Krai simply thinks he would be better off at home.
Inside, Rhuda is surprised to see the number of people who have shown up and Greg tells her that it is because they are waiting to see the elusive leader of First Steps, who apparently will show up at the event.
Suddenly, Gilbert appears, he is a cocky boy who says that he will only work with the best, so he hopes that First Steps will not hesitate to add him to the clan.
Upon hearing him, a young woman named Tino appears and tells him that he has no right to demand anything from First Steps. Without hesitation, she challenges him and the rest of the adventurers clear the way for the fight.
Tino gets ready to fight, and while Gilbert continues to babble, she senses a familiar presence. She makes an unexpected jump and appears in front of Krai, while calling him master.
It turns out that, despite his wishes, Krai ended up becoming the leader of the most powerful clan, in which his childhood friends are true celebrities. And although he tried to leave the group years ago, they did not allow him to.
Krai only wants to get out of his obligations and as he must suggest the incorporation of a treasure hunter, he decides to throw a ring into the crowd, and whoever gets it will be recommended.
Immediately, Tino throws herself into the crowd and begins to beat up whoever dares to touch the ring. Upon finding out, the leaders call Krai, who is punished by taking a low-paying and high-risk job.
In the end, he decides to give the task to Tino, and if that weren’t enough, she puts her to work alongside Rhuda, Greg and Gilbert.
