In the middle of the winter, Tsubasa and his father are relocating from Tokyo to Hokkaido.
Tsubasa is on his way to their new home when his father messages him to ask if he is alright. He thinks everrything is just great, and decides to leave the cab and walk to his new home in Kitami.
However, after a couple minutes, Tsubasa starts to feel the cold weather. As he walks, he notices a cute girl, Minami, standing next to a bus stop. He is surprised to see she is wearing a short skirt and the cold doesn’t seem to bother her.
Tsubasa decides to ask her for directions and finds out he needs to walk a lot to reach his destination in Kitami.
Being at the bus stop, Minami suggests that he should join her on the bus. She is quite interested in Tsubasa once he tells her he moved from Tokyo.
She is quite carefree and doesn’t hesitate to lean next to Tsubasa. On the other hand, he is not even used to talk to girls, and Minami makes him feel really nervous.
Minami asks him his age and is thrilled to find out they will attend the same high school next term. She gets on the bus leaving Tsubasa behind, lost in his thoughts instead of boarding with her.
The next day at school, Tsubasa begins to suspect that Minami is in a separate class until she unexpectedly appears and takes a seat next to him.
Minami doesn’t hide her emotions at all and talks to him as they were old acquaintances.
Minami asks Tsubasa to walk with her to the train station, and as they talk about the things to do in town, Minami invites him to her place to hang out.
Tsubasa thinks it is too soon to visit her at her place, but makes up his mind and rings the bell. He is welcomed by Minami with the news that her parents are not home.
He is quite nervous, she is a cute girl, alone with him all of a sudden. She offer him a beverage and spills some on her, while Tsubasa drinks, she changes her clothes and shows up wearing shorts.
They start watching a movie, which ends up being an adult movie. Tsubasa thinks it is quite awkward and doesn’t want her to feel uncomfortable, however as he turns his head, he sees that Minami fell asleep.
Minami wakes up and Tsubasa tells her she can keep the movie to watch it later. He leaves her place and suddenly, Minami runs behind him, he freaks out watching her run in shorts and gives her his scarf.
Minami apologizes for dozing and tells him they should grab a bite and takes him to a local store.
