In Gotham City, crime never rests, especially when it comes to the Joker and his inseparable partner Harley Quinn.
One night, while the couple is doing their thing, a great chase begins through the streets of the city.
In an instant, Harley asks the Joker to stop in front of a bar, the girl is thirsty and decides to go in alone to see if it is safe to invite her boss.
Inside, a group of men watch her in silence, and when Harley asks the bartender some questions, she understands that it is an ambush.
Outside, the Joker is caught by the police and must leave the place. Harley emerges unharmed from the fight and goes up to the roof of the building to locate the Joker, but before she can do so, a woman known as Katana appears.
Harley ends up being captured and is locked up in a maximum security prison.
Meanwhile, A.R.G.U.S. director Amanda Waller orders a research team to speed up an experiment that aims to open a portal to another world.
Six months later, the portal is ready and Amanda is eager to exploit the resources of the new world, so she decides to forcibly recruit Harley, Deadshot, Clayface, Peacemaker and King Shark to do so.
Amanda is merciless and informs them that a bomb has been implanted in the back of their necks, and that if they try to escape or betray the mission, they will die immediately.
With no options, they board a helicopter and travel to the new world, isekai, where they do not last long in the air and end up falling in the middle of a battle between orcs and knights.
King Shark appears and begins to devour the orcs, while Deadshot eliminates their leader. The group of criminals tries to communicate with the knights, but they end up in a dungeon again.
